Especially, Tratosflex ESDB cables have been used extensively for numerous applications worldwide, without any corkscrew effect, including London Gateway, the Jebel Ali Port in Dubai and the Busan Port terminal in Korea, for  regularly Automated Stacking Cranes (ASC) such as Konecranes a leading company in cranes industry.

In particular, Tratosflex-ESDB features a unique internal cable design comparing other reeling cables available, as our engineers have modified the internal cable design, tightening the structure against the internal relative movement to accommodate high speed applications; this prevents the common problem of twisting and leading to possible breakage that affects cables reeling at high speed up to 300 mt/min. Due to the medium voltage rubber insulated and sheathed drum reeling cable, Tratosflex-ESDB cables can operate in temperatures from -20ºC to +60ºC.

Our latest generation of Tratosflex have combined manufacturing techniques with state of the art technology to create cables of phenomenal strength and flexibility. Tratosflex cable range is tested and approved by the following quality systems: CESI, CSI, BASEC, IQNet and AENOR.
